JAKARTA (Dow Jones)--PT Bank Danamon (BDMN.JK) reported Friday its net profit rose 9% to IDR763 billion ($89 million) in the first quarter from IDR701 billion a year earlier.
The bank's net interest income rose to IDR2.6 trillion from IDR2.4 trillion, while its fee-based income totaled IDR844 billion, up from IDR692 billion.
The bank is expected to unveil further details on its earnings later in the day.
